Three-Michelin-starred chef Andreas Caminada, patron of this year’s edition, unveils a contemporary and Alpine interpretation of his signature cuisine. A rare and elegant evening, deeply anchored in the mountain world.
For the second edition of Epicurialpes, Andreas Caminada takes on a role he accepts nowhere else: that of patron. From Schloss Schauenstein, his Graubünden stronghold awarded three Michelin stars and 19/20 Gault&Millau points, he brings a cuisine inspired by the landscape — precise, refined, and profoundly Alpine — to Espace Weisshorn.
For one unique evening, the festival’s patron offers a contemporary interpretation of haute mountain gastronomy, where the products of Val d’Anniviers and Graubünden engage in a culinary dialogue shaped by his personal vision. A rare and elegant evening in which apparent simplicity conceals the uncompromising standards that have established Caminada as one of the leading figures of European cuisine.
