With more than 3 million followers on social media, Claude Luisier has become an unexpected icon: a 68-year-old affineur from Valais who makes TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram buzz with… cheese. And not just any cheese. The kind he carefully preserves in his cellar in Leytron – at 12°C and 92% humidity – where 2,000 wheels rest on spruce shelves, patiently nurtured, sometimes for years.

Known today as Luisier l’Affineur, he will share in this masterclass his love for well-crafted products: raw-milk, farmhouse cheeses, fed by alpine herbs and matured like fine wine. He will reveal the secrets of the rind, the subtle aromas of milk, the gestures of affinage, but also the human stories behind each wheel. Blending mouth-watering anecdotes with sharp expertise, this encounter will be a living tribute to Switzerland’s cheese heritage.
