From October 24th to 26th, Grimentz hosts the first edition of Epicurialpes: an unprecedented gastronomic festival in the heart of the Valais Alps.
This event will bring together passionate producers, Michelin-starred chefs, and food enthusiasts for three days of culinary discoveries, exchanges, and a celebration of mountain flavors.
Outstanding dinners :
The Espace Weisshorn at the Grimentz-Zinal ski area, offering a breathtaking view of the Imperial Crown, will host dinners orchestrated by some of the most renowned chefs from Switzerland and beyond:
- October 24th, 2025 - Opening night: Emmanuel Renaut (Megève, 3 Michelin stars and 19.5 in Gault et Millau)
- October 25th, 2025 - Evening with Valais chefs: Franck Reynaud (Crans-Montana, 1 Michelin star and 18 in Gault et Millau), Gilles Varone (Savièse, 1 Michelin star and 17 in Gault et Millau), Vincent Lehner (Chef of the Espace Weisshorn), Didier de Courten (2 Michelin stars and 19 in Gault et Millau)
- October 26th, 2025 - Closing night: Franck Giovannini (Crissier, 3 Michelin stars and 19 in Gault et Millau)
Flavor Market :
In the heart of the historic village, the flavor market will enliven the cobbled streets on October 25th and 26th. Gastronomic artisans, winemakers, and local producers will share their expertise and offer tastings of aged cheeses, high-altitude wines, and regional specialties.
