This walk allows you to discover the historic Remuage path towards Soussillon. Through a wild and preserved forest, you will reach the Ponchèt alpine pasture. A bisse will then guide you through the romantic meadows of Plaine Madeleine. There you will discover the Illgraben, the largest erosion cirque in Europe.

| Useful information | From the bus station, take the Raye path, which will lead you to the old village of Chandolin, and follow the historic Remuage path towards Soussillon. Continue towards the Ponchèt alpine pasture, then follow the bisse to Plaine Madeleine before arriving at the Illgraben. Return to Chandolin via the Illhorn Hut. |
