The Moiry hut is characterized by its incredible view of the Moiry glacier beside it.
Visible from the start of the hike, the Moiry Hut is well earned, with some rocky passages and a zigzag ascent near the end of the route.

| Useful information | From the dam, take the Tour du Lac path along the left bank. Once at the end of the lake, continue to the Moiry Glacier parking lot, then follow the wide path turning left (east side). This path becomes a narrow trail approaching the rocky walls of the Aiguilles de la Lé. Continue the ascent on rocky terrain joining the moraine ridge of the Moiry Glacier. A little further on, caution is required for the crossing along the hillside, often covered with snowfields. Continue on the zigzagging trail, then cross the scree slope for about a hundred meters before reaching the hut. |
