This bucolic trail winding along the Bisse de St-Jean is punctuated with clearings and forests. The arrival at the Mayoux waterfall is fairy-tale in every way.

Possibility to make a short stop at the picnic area of Prarion. This hike can also be done with the start and finish points reversed.

| Useful information | Start at the post bus stop. Descend the communal road of the beehives. At the end, take the path that first goes down, then goes up to the cantonal road. Follow the cantonal road on the left, for about 100 meters, then take the small path descending towards St-Jean. Continue straight ahead following the bisse signs. Shuttle bus return possible at St-Jean or Mayoux. |
