Zinal - Hotel Weisshorn No. 8

From Les Erables (the community pool), follow the small road that climbs to the left until you reach the trailhead. The trail, which is fairly steep, winds through a larch forest to the Lirec mountain pasture. From the Barneuza mountain pasture, the trail continues on a gentle incline to the Nava mountain pasture and the Weisshorn Hotel.
Alternative Route 1
Take the bus to Saint-Luc, then the funicular to Tignousa. From there, follow the Chemin des Planètes, which leads to the Hotel Weisshorn in 1 hour and 30 minutes. Take the trail leading to Zinal. This route allows you to hike with a view of the peaks overlooking the valley floor. From the Lirec mountain pasture, the descent to Zinal is very steep (4 hours on average).
