7 unique evenings at the Weisshorn Space

The Espace Weisshorn invites you to a series of exclusive, festive, and gourmet evenings in an exceptional mountain setting. On the program: food and wine pairings, sports broadcasts, craft beers, Valentine's Day evening, alpine foraging, local produce from the valleys, and wood and stone cooking. Each date is a sensory, convivial, and refined experience.

Welcome to Espace Weisshorn, perched at 2,700 m. We offer seven exceptional evenings, all designed to awaken your senses and create memorable experiences.

Each event combines fine dining, a friendly atmosphere, and spectacular views:

- Saturday, December 20 – “Voyages des cépages” (Journey through grape varieties): food and wine pairings for a wonderful start.
- Tuesday, January 13 – “Flavors of the Alps”: dinner in an alpine atmosphere + live broadcast of the Ski World Cup.
- Saturday, January 24 – “Beer Journey”: food and beer pairings, with a concert by the band Coverdose.
- Saturday, February 14 – “Bubbly Evening”: a sparkling Valentine's Day not to be missed.
- Saturday, March 21 – “Alpine Harvest”: discover the treasures of our mountains.
- Saturday, April 4 – “Our Valleys, a Terroir to Savor”: immerse yourself in the unique flavors of our valleys.
- Thursday, April 16 – “Wood & Stone: Cooking & Traditions”: an evening with a taste of fire and terroir.
