Inauguration of the "Route du Remuage Chandolin-Viouc"

On May 24, the new discovery rourte dedicated to the remuage, accessible through an app, will be inaugurated.

This app offers a tour of Chandolin and Viouc/Muraz through two routes with 11 stops.
It will be available starting May 24, the day of its inauguration (by invitation only). On the same day, the Bourgeoisie of Chandolin will organize a historical remuage, as it was once practiced between Viouc and Soussillon.

The Remuage Route Chandolin-Viouc/Muraz unveils the history and former way of life of the Anniviards, always in motion between the mountains and the plains. Relive the remuage along the paths of the inhabitants of Chandolin, between their main village at nearly 2000 meters above sea level and their quarter of Viouc in the plains. Discover how remuage has shaped the unique identity of the Val d'Anniviers and the Anniviers quarters of Sierre, creating tangible and lasting connections.
