Cows ascent to Avoin

In Anniviers, the « inalpes » days, when cows reach their summer alpine pastures, are traditional festive days offering a real authentic experience.

The programme:
From 10 a.m. | Cows start to fight at Avoin below Bendolla.
12h | Blessing of the cattle and salt and opening of the canteens: ham on the bone and potato fritters
