Cattle ascent to Nava

In Anniviers, the « inalpes » days, when cows reach their summer alpine pastures, are traditional festive days offering a real authentic experience.

Programme:

- Arrival of the cattle at 9am in the poyo
- Cattle release at 10am and start of fights
- Blessing of the mountain pasture at 12 noon
- Canteens open after the blessing

The dates are subject to change due to the weather conditions that determine grass growth in the mountain pastures.
