Much more than just a mountain hut. A place where you’ll want to linger over a meal.

Local, seasonal cuisine, prepared with love and creativity! Our menu showcases regional produce, carefully selected from producers we love.
And because, in the mountains, every season has its own character, our cuisine evolves with it.

WINTER (December - April)

- Monday evenings: cheese fondue, by booking at least one day in advance.
- Friday evenings: raclette with cheeses from the Rouaz and Chandolin mountain pastures, by booking at least one day in advance.
- Any time (but by booking!): Anniviers-style fondue.

In the evening, join us in 30 minutes on foot, on snowshoes or on touring skis from the centre of Chandolin. You can also come on skis, a snowboard or a sledge from the top station of the Tsapé chairlift.

SUMMER

- In July and August: barbecues every Saturday evening, by reservation.
- From June to mid-September: a menu combining traditional mountain dishes with more original and creative suggestions, depending on the produce available and our inspiration.

AUTUMN

- Time for the Val d’Anniviers hunting season: a delicious autumnal menu featuring mainly local produce!
- La Brisolée: a great Valais autumn classic: roasted chestnuts, cheeses, dried meat, fruit and grape must, to be enjoyed at weekends from mid-September to mid-October.
- And to make the most of autumn, we also organise evenings featuring the bellowing of the stags and a brisolée.

SPRING
The end of spring is often a time for us to plan lovely occasions at the cabin: weddings, birthdays, trail running courses, meditation or yoga sessions, corporate outings…
