Get ready for summer in the mountains!
Check out the opening dates and hours of the lifts in St-Luc/Chandolin and Grimentz-Zinal to plan your next adventures.
In St-Luc/Chandolin, the funicular will be operating daily from May 23 to November 1, from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. From July 4 to August 23, opening hours will be extended until 6:00 pm. The Tsapé chairlift will operate from June 27 to September 21, 2026. It will run from Thursday to Monday (closed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays), then daily from July 4 to August 23, from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.
Due to the snowfall, the early opening of the St-Luc funicular for Ascension weekend has unfortunately been cancelled. It will open on May 23.
In Grimentz-Zinal, the Zinal–Sorebois–Espace Weisshorn gondola and the Grimentz–Espace Weisshorn cable car will operate daily from June 27 to October 25, 2026, from 8:30 am to 4:00 pm (last descent possible until 4:30 pm). The Grimentz–Bendolla gondola will run daily from June 27 to August 30, from 8:30 am to 4:00 pm (last descent possible until 4:30 pm). From August 31 to October 25, it will be closed on Mondays and Tuesdays.
