Welcome to the high-altitude L’Etable du Marais restaurant!
The Étable du Marais snack bar is easily reached on foot from Bendolla, or by ski from the top of the Grands Plans chairlift, and offers a warm welcome in a former barn, lovingly restored and full of authentic character.
A member of the "Saveurs du Valais" association, the Étable du Marais serves Valais specialities such as fondues, croûtes au fromage (toasted cheese dishes), röstis and polenta, as well as steak tartare, vegetable soup and a range of fruit tarts.
