Hôtel-Restaurant Beausite*** /Saint-Luc

The restaurant has a traditional-style interior in silver fir wood. It is on a single level, with a bus stop right outside. The restaurant offers varied cuisine that is carefully prepared using the freshest possible ingredients. There is a different 4-course menu every evening, and special menus are devised for Christmas, New Year, Valentine's Day, Easter and other occasions. On Friday evenings, raclette made with Anniviers cheese is served, creating a relaxed and convivial atmosphere. The menu changes with the seasons (an asparagus menu, dishes with chanterelle mushrooms, a summer menu with sérac alpine cheese, a hunters' menu with game from Anniviers, and so on).

The restaurant's specialities include its "tête-à-tête" grilled meat, prime rib of beef grilled to your liking on a cast-iron plate, entrecôte with morels, and platters of the restaurant's own dried meat served with rye bread made from flour milled in St-Luc.
