Bakery Salamin
In 2011, after renovation work on the building, the Boulangerie Salamin opened a shop inside the Café des Alpes. Every day of the year, we are here to serve you our finest bakery and pâtisserie products. Visit this wonderfully historic building and choose yourself some deliciously indulgent little treats! Tourte Abricotine (prix de la meilleure pâtisserie suisse de l'année 2015), pain de seigle, tarte aux myrtilles, pain braconnier etc.
