Car:
> From French-speaking Switzerland :
- take the A9 motorway to Sierre via Lausanne, then continue towards Val d'Anniviers.
- The Forclaz Pass links Haute-Savoie to Valais via the Trient Valley, via Chamonix.
> From German-speaking Switzerland :
- take the A9 via Fribourg and via Vevey, or use the car transport by rail (Kandersteg-Goppenstein) via the Lötschberg tunnel to Sierre, then continue towards Val d'Anniviers.
> From Italy :
- take the Simplon or Grand Saint-Bernard with its car tunnel, take the A9 to Sierre, then continue towards Val d'Anniviers.
By train:
> From within Switzerland:
Direct connections from all major towns.
