If there’s one trail that everyone agrees on, it’s Tsirouc. Cited as a favourite by Axel, Urien and Sélim, this trail embodies everything that makes mountain biking in Anniviers so renowned: a fun, varied and technical descent, with a succession of bends, natural features and fast sections that provide constant riding enjoyment. A classic that the three athletes never tire of riding.
Among their recommendations, Axel also mentions the Avoin trail for its wild character and playful route. Urien, for his part, particularly enjoys the descent from Mottec via Barneuza, which more than makes up for the effort of the approach with its natural and challenging sections, whilst offering a privileged view of the Couronne Impériale.
For his part, Sélim recommends Prosper, the path linking Chandolin to St-Luc above the cantonal road, which is ideal for enjoying superb flow with breathtaking views of the valley. He also highlights the St-Luc Bike Park, an unmissable spot for stringing together runs, honing your riding skills and making the most of facilities dedicated to downhill riding.
