Grimentz - Hike along the Waterfall Trail No. 7

Follow the paved road that descends to the left between the buildings. From the Trontsec Chapel, take the path down to the river. Head back up to the cantonal road and follow it toward Zinal. 200 meters further on, a marked trail branches off to the left and descends along the La Gougra River. Follow the right bank of the Gougra, deep in the heart of the forest, to the Mission sawmill.

Reach Vissoie by following the river (1 hr 15 min).
Alternative 2
Head to Ayer along the right bank of the Navizence (1 hr 30 min).

Walk to the village of Mission (20 min).
