Follow the Tracuit road (Reka) which starts between the Hôtel des Bouquetins and the Auberge Alpina up to the beginning of the Tracuit path. Take the path on the right, continue for half an hour and then go down to the Barmé picnic area. Return to the starting point to complete the loop.
Variant 1
Start the walk at the beginning of Plats de la Lée and follow the Navisence on the right bank to the picnic area. Then take the path that climbs to the left and follow it to the Tracuit road (easy).
