Follow the Tracuit (Reka) trail, which starts between the Hôtel des Bouquetins and the Auberge Alpina, to the beginning of the Tracuit path. Take the trail that branches off to the right, continue for half an hour, and descend to the Barmé picnic area. Return to the starting point to complete the loop.
Alternative Route 1
Start the hike at the beginning of the Plats de la Lée and follow the Navisence along the right bank to the picnic area. Then take the trail that climbs to the left and follow it to the Tracuit Road (easy).
