This climb, which takes you to the Tsapé restaurant without too many detours, offers very little respite. Don’t forget, however, to take the time to stop, turn around, and admire the view: a feast for the eyes is guaranteed at every stage of the journey.

| Useful information | From the tourist office, follow the toboggan trail/Illhorn for about 100 meters; then the trail turns right into the forest. After a short initial climb, the trail crosses the alpine road. At the intersection, head right at first, then quickly take the path that climbs to the left into the forest (summer hiking trail), which leads to L’Etable (first alpine pasture). Cross the toboggan run and take the summer hiking trail through the forest again. As you exit the forest, below the Veyras Ski Club cabin, continue to the right, along the hillside on a gentle incline, until you reach the Etables ski lift. Pass under the chairlift (Caution: you’re crossing the trail!), then take the road between the ski lift and L’Etable (the second alpine pasture). After about 100 meters, the trail climbs to the left along the hillside to the Ecole ski lift. Finally, follow the marked trail to reach the Tsapé restaurant. |
