This ascent, which allows you to reach the Tsapé restaurant without too many detours, offers little respite. However, don’t forget to take the time to stop, turn around, and admire: a visual delight is guaranteed at every stage of the route.

| Useful information | From the tourist office, follow the luge/Illhorn track for about one hundred meters, then the route turns right into the forest. After a first small climb, the route crosses the alpine road. At the junction, first head right, then quite quickly take the path ascending to the left into the forest (summer hiking path), which leads to the Etable (first alpine pasture). Cross the luge track and take again the summer hiking path in the forest. Coming out of the forest, below the Veyras ski club cabin, continue right, along the hillside with a slight ascent, up to the Etables ski lift. Pass under the chairlift (Attention, you cross the slope!), then take the road between the ski lift and the Etable (second alpine pasture). After about a hundred meters, the path climbs left along the hillside up to the Ecole ski lift. Finally, follow the marked itinerary leading to the Tsapé restaurant. |
