Mid-June, the “Inalpe” (moving the cattle up the mountains) provides an opportunity to attend the first cow fights in a designated area.

Useful information	Follow the path to the alpine pasture, passing through the forest. This path forms part of the Zau Zoura educational trail. Variant 1 Walk along the Ayer - St-Luc road, then follow the Nava alpine pasture route (2h30 - easy). There are several shortcuts. It is possible to walk to the Déjert mid-alpine pasture (mayen), where there is a lovely view of the peaks at the end of the valley (1h - easy).
