Starting point: Zinal, Petit Mountet hut
End point: Zinal, Grand Mountet hut
Descend the same way you came up, down to the Navizence. After the bridge crossing the Navizence, take the path on the right that zigzags up above the moraine and continues on the Besso slope with a beautiful view of the Zinal glacier. After crossing a footbridge and a section equipped with ropes and chains, there is still a long, nearly flat scree slope before reaching the hut.
