From Tignousa, follow the road leading to the Cabane Bella-Tola. Then, continue on flat terrain to the Cabane de Chippis, then to the Tsigère refreshment area. The route continues on a path that joins the Rouaz Alpine pasture via the Pas de Bœuf ski lift. From the Alpine pasture, return to Tignousa via the Chemin des Planètes.
