Stage 1 - Grimentz --> Cab. des Becs-de-Bosson

This first stage of the Tour des Cabanes leads from Grimentz to the Cabane des Becs-de-Bosson. The hut, ideally situated and facing due south, offers an exceptional panorama, ranging from Mont Blanc to the Crown of 4000, passing over the peaks of Val d'Hérens.

Useful information	Starting point: Grimentz, Bendolla cable car End point: Grimentz, Cabane des Becs-de-Bossons From the cable car arrival, begin a long ascent direction Tsarva, then follow the sign to the Cabane des Becs-de-Bosson to the top of the facilities. The route crosses beautiful pastures along the Torrent du Marais, then rockier landscapes. The path then crosses lunar scree slopes and leads to the Becs-de-Bosson pass (2962 m). Crossing another scree slope allows reaching the Cabane des Becs-de-Bosson in about ten minutes.
