Starting point: Grimentz, Becs-de-Bosson Cabin
Ending point: Grimentz, Moiry Cabin
From the Becs-de-Bosson Cabin, the path descends towards the Pas de Lona. From there, the route follows the track of the "Grand Raid" mountain bike race. It passes near Lona Lake, and continues to Basset de Lona. It then continues a long descent towards the Moiry dam. From the dam, take the Tour du Lac path on the left bank. Once at the end of the lake, continue to the Moiry Glacier parking, then follow the wide path that goes left (east side). This path turns into a small trail that approaches the rocky walls of the Aiguilles de la Lé. Continue climbing on rocky terrain that joins the moraine ridge of the Moiry Glacier. A little further on, caution is required to cross the hillside passage, often covered with snowfields. Continue on the zigzagging path, then cross the scree over about a hundred meters before arriving at the cabin.
