From the Col de la Forcletta, the trail takes about 2 hours and 30 minutes to reach Gruben.

| Useful information | From Les Erables (the community pool), follow the small road that climbs to the left until you reach the trailhead. The trail, which is fairly steep, winds through a larch forest to the Lirec mountain pasture, then continues with a gentler incline toward the Barneusa mountain pasture. Follow the trail leading to the Nava mountain pasture (40 min.) and turn onto the Col de la Forcletta trail, which passes through Tsahelet. |
