| Useful information | From the parking lot, take the road that passes in front of the Auberge Alpina and turn right onto the Route de Tracuit (REKA) until you reach the start of the trail to the Tracuit Hut. Follow this trail through the forest, then across the alpine pasture, and finally over the Col du Roc de la Vache. The route, which continues with beautiful views of the glaciers and peaks, presents no particular difficulties, except for the long climb. From La Tour (2,930 m) and its small wayside shrine, there are only 320 meters of elevation gain remaining. |
