St-Luc/Tignousa - Meiden Pass No. 22

Starting from Tignousa, follow the Chemin des Planètes to the Chalet Blanc and turn left onto the trail that climbs steadily toward the Col du Meiden, wher
the view opens up onto the Tourtemagne Valley (Turtmanntal). You are now at the language border between French and German.
1.
Return to St-Luc via the same route and through Les Girettes (3 hours 30 minutes—moderate difficulty).
2.
Head to Gruben, on the German-speaking side, via the Meiden mountain pasture. From there, you can return via the same route (5 hours 30 minutes—moderate difficulty), or take public transportation to Turtmann, then on to Sierre and Anniviers (45 minutes—moderate difficulty).
