St-Luc/Tignousa - Col du Meiden no. 23

From Tignousa, follow the Chemin des Planètes to Chalet Blanc and take the path on the left that climbs steadily towards the Col du Meiden, from where
the view opens onto the Tourtemagne valley (Turtmanntal). You are at the linguistic border between French and German.
1.
Return to St-Luc by the same path via the Girettes (3h30 - moderate difficulty).
2.
Reach Gruben, German-speaking side, via the Meiden alp. From there, the return can be by the same path (5h30 - moderate difficulty), or by public transport to Turtmann, then Sierre and Anniviers (45 minutes - moderate difficulty).
