Discover the world of specialty coffee through a talk led by Diego Bolaños, coffee expert and recognized authority.
Trained in coffee science and economics, Diego left the highlands of El Salvador to join the Swiss mountains, where he has been working since 2017 at La Semeuse as quality manager and creator of new coffee recipes.
During this session, he will introduce Perle-de-Café, a small artisanal roastery born at the heart of La Semeuse. Founded by three passionate young individuals, the brand offers a modern and committed vision of coffee, featuring a range of specialty coffees with unique sensory profiles, mostly organic certified. Guided by three core values – people, terroir, and sustainability – Perle-de-Café relies on expert craftsmanship and gentle small-batch roasting.
