The big names in gastronomy are gathering in Grimentz.
A Taste of the Luberon and the Alps by Édouard Loubet & Eugénie Guillermin, with the exceptional presence of Marc Veyrat.
Eugénie Guillermin: Executive Chef of the Paul Bocuse Foundation, Eugénie Guillermin has made the transmission of culinary craft the heart of her profession. A former instructor at the Institut Paul Bocuse, she now guides and inspires the next generation of chefs. Her cuisine, rooted in the fundamentals of the great French culinary tradition, is defined by precision, mastery of technique and respect for the ingredient. At Epicurialpes, she brings the Bocuse legacy to the heart of the dialogue between the Luberon and the Alps.
Édouard Loubet: Born in Val Thorens, France’s youngest Michelin-starred chef at the age of 24, awarded two Michelin stars and named Gault&Millau’s Chef of the Year in 2011, Édouard Loubet made his mark on Provence at La Bastide de Capelongue before returning to the peaks of Haute-Savoie. His cuisine brings together mountain cheeses, wild herbs and game, while exploring the plant in its entirety — buds, bark, leaves, flowers and roots. A generous and deeply sensitive cuisine, shaped by his observation of nature and his connection to the land.
Two chefs united by a shared pursuit of culinary excellence, between mountain herbs and Provençal light.
