Over the course of the day, you'll follow the rhythm of Cottier's herbalism. You'll share a sensitive and sensory encounter with the plant world. By following the path of medicinal plants from the garden to the bottle, you'll discover their properties and ancestral recipes for making the most of them.

Individual walk to Cottier
** You will discover the garden and choose a friend plant, then picking and drying
** Shared meal (everyone brings their own picnic)
** Time for yourself (relaxation, meditation, harvesting, drawing, singing, music, etc., depending on your mood)
** Sensory discovery of natural cosmetics thanks to Cottier's products by
Touching and smelling the precious oils / Creating a personal fragrance using essential oils / Making of a balm with Calendula flowers to bring back home

Access
The Cottier mountain pasture is accessible on foot. It's a 20-minute walk from the end of the road in Pralonzet or 45 minutes from the Zinal-centre bus stop. A detailed map will be sent to you a few days before the event.
