These summer days celebrate the rich heritage of Anniviers.
Dive into the living history of the Val d’Anniviers during an exceptional weekend dedicated to memory, heritage transmission, and conviviality. Organized by Anniviers Tourism and its Heritage and Tourism Commission, in collaboration with the local bourgeoisies, development societies, community associations, and many volunteers, this event brings ancestral traditions and know-how to life in all the valley’s villages.
On the program:
- Themed guided tours in each village
- Complimentary drinks offered by local societies and bourgeoisies
- Presentation of the Soapstone Project
- Highlighting of the notrehistoire.ch platform
- Exploration of the Tiébagette archaeological site
- “Patois Café” (local dialect gathering)
- Screening of the film “Zinal in the Past: Work and Costumes” (1967)
