Cave Viaccoz is an outstanding wine-producing establishment, as its vineyards are spread over the sunny hillsides of Sierre and the wine is produced at an altitude of 1570 m in the village of Grimentz.
Tastings of the following wines are available by booking for 4 persons minimum
- White wines : Fendant, Humagne Blanc, Johannisberg, Pinot Blanc, Petite Arvine, Cuvée Agnès (Assemblage de Vins Blanc), Malvoisie surmaturée
- Red wines : Pinot Noir Fût de chêne, Pinot Noir, Cornalin, Cuvée Tania (Assemblage de vins rouge), Gamay
