Étable du Marais is accessible by foot from Bendolla or on skis or toboggan from the start of the “Grands Plans” chairlift. As the restaurant is a member of “Saveurs de Valais”, an association committed to highlighting local Valais delicacies, the restaurant is proud to serve local dishes like fondues, croûtes, röstis and polenta as well as steak tartare, vegetable soup and a range of fruit tarts.
Traditionally decorated with a large, sunny terrace, the restaurant is perfect for skiers looking for authenticity.
It is also open during the summer season.
