The restaurant of Hotel de Moiry offers creative and seasonal cuisine. Alpine flowers, woodland mushrooms and forest berries are on the menu, as well as fresh flowers and vegetables and game from Anniviers.
Chef Antoine Ménard, who has been in charge of the kitchen at the Restaurant de Moiry for 28 years, has built up a fine reputation for his creativity and artistic flair.
In autumn, you will enjoy only fresh wild game from Anniviers (chamois, stag, roe deer and marmot) in this restaurant, being among the best hunting restaurants in Valais.
The owner, Aurel Salamin, offers the unique wood-fired raclette every evening in a real alpine pasture atmosphere. The raclette is made with Anniviers cheese in the large fireplace, opposite the famous large fresco of queen fights.
