Walk up to the Cabane de l’Illhorn and continue towards the summit of Illhorn via the alpine pasture route (route de l’alpage), until you reach the arrival point of the Le Tsapé chair lift. Follow the small stony path on the left that heads upwards and continue along the ridge towards the summit.

From the Cabane, return to the summit of the Illhorn through the Illsee Pass.
