This "easy" course in the Rando Parc is perfect for those wanting to try out cross-country skiing with skin skis: the climbs and descents are not too severe, you are outside the ski area and refreshments are available at the end of the course

| Useful information | From the Route de Beauregard bus stop, take the forest road and follow the marked path that cuts across clearings to the Avoin forest. Then keep going along a short steep trail through the forest. These extra ten minutes will allow you to enjoy a beautiful unobstructed view. Continue in and out of meadows as far as the Chèquet, then along a protecting wall before engaging in the final climb to the Etable du Marais refreshment bar. Ditch your skis off and plop down in a lounging chair to savour the view over the Moiry Dam and the 4000 m peaks surrounding it. |
