Sangoma Everett Around Miles Davis tribute to Jack Johnson

A major event to open the festival !

Sangoma is an unconditional admirer of Miles Davis. The trumpeter composed the music for the documentary about boxer Jack Johnson. The album released on that occasion represented a milestone in the American drummer's career.

Sangoma naturally set about reinterpreting the music of the great Miles. To do so, he brought together a range of exceptional musicians from diverse backgrounds, all committed to the cause of jazz fusion. The Septet's notes will soar towards the stars in a nod to Miles.
